A few key points to know:
- Anyone can order their provisions using our service provided
you are staying in Val dIsere. You dont have
to be staying with us.
- All orders are received by email and we will confirm receipt by return. If you do not hear from us, it means we have not received the order so please either call Operations on 0033 (0)4 79 41 17 43 or email operations@mrooms.co.uk.
- Orders must be received by Monday of the week before you
travel.
- We cannot accept orders under €80.00.
- All orders are subject to a €
25 delivery & packing away fee.
- Payment is made in resort during your stay as we wait until we have picked up the goods to confirm the cost as items may not be in stock or vary. We will issue an invoice in resort.
- We accept VISA/Mastercard or Carte Bleu cards and all
credit card transactions incur a 1% fee. All card transactions
are processed in euros.
- An exchange rate of 1.20€/£
will be used to convert the total amount of your order back
to Sterling.
On line
This is the simplest way to place your order.
We have 8 departments in our on-line provisioning section,
see menu on the left:
- Browse these sections and decide what you would like
to order.
- Click on 'add item' and select the quantity required.
- Your
order will be added up in the Shopping cart as you shop
to enable you to see how much you are spending.
- When you have finished, proceed to the Checkout and your
order is displayed for you to check.
- If
you wish to change your order return to the Shopping
cart
- If you are happy to place your order, add your booking
details, accept the terms and conditions and click Submit
to send your order.
We will then confirm receipt of your order by email or telephone
and take or arrange payment. Your goods will be in your property,
ready for your arrival.
Orders must be received by Monday of the week before you travel.
